I had great video quality, but at a ridiculously low 4 to 5 frames per second. After setting video quality to "BETTER", things were back to a smooth performance due to now having the proper FPS. My modem speed was borderline and thus sometimes could support 4K, and other times not. In turn, sometimes a Prime video worked just fine as I am watching an episode, and then suddenly, when going to the next episode, it was back to 4-5 FPS.
